Common Questions

How do I invite my team?

Go to the Team tab, copy the invite code, and share it with your employees. They can join by entering the code when they sign up or from the Join Team screen.

How do I add a new location?

From the Dashboard, tap the + button. You can add up to 1 location on Free, 5 on Pro, and 15 on Scale.

How do I upgrade my plan?

Go to Profile and tap "Upgrade Plan". Choose Pro ($99/month) or Scale ($179/month). You can restore purchases at any time.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account". This permanently removes all your data.

Can I export my data?

Yes. Pro and Scale users can export checklist results as PDF or CSV from the History screen.
